HOW THIS SITE WORKS ?

You can visit the store page on the site and create a list of the forms and quantities you wish to order, except for limited editions where only one of each is available for purchase. To submit your order, click on the 🛒 icon and send it to me via email. 

I’ll respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that if you pre-order an item, it may take approximately 1 to 2 months for your order to be ready. The sizes of the forms are approximate, and due to the handmade process, each batch of works may have slight variations in size. This applies to both forms and paintings, as each piece may differ slightly from another. 

 

SHIPPING AND COSTS :

I offer worldwide shipping, but there is a minimum purchase requirement of $100. After finalizing your order, I will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of your package and your location. While I ensure proper packaging to minimize the risk of damage, there is always a slight possibility of damage during transit. If this happens to you, please report any damaged goods to Sabaha made within 48 hours of the delivery date so that we can arrange a replacement for you free of charge. Please include a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging showing all labels, and send it to Sabaha made with the report via email at info@sabahamade.com. Refunds or exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SABAHA ITEM ?

All items sold by Sabaha made that are intended for food use are food-safe, and all products have been fired to 1150 degrees Centigrade, While wares are designed for everyday use, they are also functional art and require special care. Sabaha made wares are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for optimal care.
